How long is the surgery?
Typically, surgery takes approximately 1-2 hrs. (Depending how much is going to be done; this will all be discussed in your consultation). You can expect to be at the surgical clinic for majority of the day.
What is the recovery like after a brow lift?
Bruising and swelling are normal for the first week or two. You will see Dr. Brown the remove the stitches anywhere from a 7 – 10 days afterwards. Most patients find that they can return to doing normal day to day activities after 2 weeks. Strenuous activities should be avoided until Dr. Brown gives you to go ahead.
